  • Check/adjust individual settings in Storyboard Pro
  • Prepare copies of the storyboard/timing tests
  • Distribute production notes
  • Acquire any reference video needed for a show
  • Check in on the artists and Directors on the progress of their show
  • Update the progress report of the show
  • Prepare the locked board for the timers, and print it.
  • Print the board for the Supervising Directors
  • Copy the Supervising Directors notes and give to the Directors
  • Ship to the Production company in Korea
    • Make 3 copies of the storyboard
    • Make 2 copies of the x-sheets
    • Organize the boards, x-sheets, and lead sheets in the box
    • Print out the shipping labels
  • Scan the shipped boards and sheets for internal use
  • Prepare and distribute memos from the Supervising Directors
  • Scan/archive old/aired episodes of the shows digitally
  • Administrative tasks when the Production Coordinator is out
  •  Make sure the artists are assigned to a Director
  • Copy timing sheets and give to the Timing Supervisor
  • Make sure x-sheets go to the proper person (Director, Sup. Director, etc.)
  • Respond to any questions the production company in Korea might have
  • Give the Director line tests from the production company in Korea
  • Email the production company in Korea with the Directors notes, if any
  • Attend the lock and take notes
  • Draft and distribute the lock notes
  • Attend the storyboard launch
  • Draft and distribute the launch notes
  • Take notes and set up for handout meetings

  • Export the Storyboard Pro file to PSDs
  • Separate layers of PSDs
  • Alpha out any white area
  • Create and upload all PSDs for the Editors
  • Print the Board for the Writers Room
